Neighbours become regulars
Recurring classes turn strangers in the elevator into people who train together every week.
Map of Canada showing the cities Marengo currently serves: Greater Vancouver, Toronto and Montréal. About
Marengo brings premium classes and personal training into the buildings where people already live, so training well stops depending on where the nearest gym is.
Ask anyone who has lived in an apartment building how many neighbours they actually know. Usually it is the person they nod to in the elevator. Group fitness changes that: the same faces, week after week, training together a few floors from home. Marengo runs its classes as community fitness events, and that is what buildings really buy, residents who know each other, use their amenity and stay longer.

A programmed space gets used, and a used space becomes part of why residents stay.
A community in motion gives the building real events, real photos and real proof of community strength for its marketing.
Marengo Inc. runs fitness amenities inside residential buildings. It recruits and vets fitness instructors, programs group classes and personal training, and handles the scheduling, payments, waivers and reporting around them. Marengo currently operates in Montréal, Toronto and Greater Vancouver, works with property managers, asset managers and developers, and is expanding across Canada.
Why it exists
Residential buildings keep building beautiful amenity spaces and then leaving them unprogrammed, because running a fitness program is a full-time operational job that belongs to nobody on a property team. Marengo takes that job. The building gets a used amenity; residents get a program worth showing up for; instructors get consistent, well-run rooms to teach in.
