These terms govern your use of marengohealth.com, operated by Marengo Inc. (“Marengo”). By using the site you accept them.
What this site is
This site presents Marengo’s services, lets property managers request a demo, lets fitness instructors apply to teach, and directs residents to the platform where classes and personal training are booked. The site itself sells nothing and processes no payments.
Booking happens elsewhere
Class and training bookings are made on Marengo’s training platform, a separate service with its own terms of use and privacy policy, presented at the point of booking. Payment terms, cancellation rules and anything related to participating in a class are governed by those terms and by the agreement covering your building, not by this page.
Forms and accuracy
When you submit the demo or application form, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. We use it as described in the privacy policy. Submitting an application creates no employment or engagement relationship; engagements with instructors are made under separate written contracts.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send spam through its forms, probe or disrupt its infrastructure, or misrepresent who you are. We may block traffic that does.
Content and trademarks
The site’s content, design and the Marengo name and logo belong to Marengo Inc. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. Marengo makes reasonable efforts to keep information current but does not warrant that every page is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Marengo is not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Québec law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Québec. Any dispute belongs to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be visible on this page.
