The fitness amenity, off your plate

You run properties and serve residents. Marengo runs the instructors, the schedule, the payments and the waivers inside your amenity space, and reports back so you can show the amenity is earning its square footage.

Built for every side of residential

Property managers

One vendor runs the whole amenity, classes staffed, residents booked, waivers signed, with a single contact who answers.

Property management companies

The same vetted-instructor standard and the same reporting in every building you manage, portfolio-wide, across Canada.

Property developers

The amenity space earns its renderings from first occupancy, programming in place on day one, not in year two.

Marketing teams

Most building content shows the same thing, the building from another angle. Classes give your marketing what it never has: real residents at real events, coming together, the visual proof of a strong community.

What changes when Marengo arrives

Watch the building come to life

Both halves of the program slide into the building, and stay there.

See whether Marengo fits your building

The demo is your assessment, not our pitch: 30 minutes on your space, your residents and your numbers, and an honest answer on fit, either way.

From first call to classes running

Four steps, and only the first one needs you in the room.

  1. 1

    Fit assessment

A 30-minute call, then a look at your amenity space. Together we work out what the room supports, what residents are likely to use, and whether Marengo is the right fit for your building.

  2. 2

    Program and agreement

You get a concrete proposal: class types, schedule, pricing and a plain-language agreement. You decide what the building funds.

  3. 3

    Instructors placed

Marengo recruits and vets the instructors for your building. You never interview, contract or pay a trainer directly.

  4. 4

    Classes run, you get reports

The program runs on a set schedule. Payments and waivers are handled by Marengo, and the building receives reporting on what residents use.

What you provide vs. what Marengo handles

Every property manager asks this first, so here it is plainly.

The building provides

  • An amenity space that can host a class, gym, studio or multi-purpose room
  • A contact person for scheduling and access
  • A way to tell residents the program exists, notice board, resident app or email

Marengo handles

  • Instructor recruitment and vetting
  • Class programming and the schedule
  • Bookings and payments
  • Waivers
  • Reporting to the building
  • All the promotional material for classes and training: email templates, Instagram visuals and more

Who pays for what

Marengo is a paid service amenity. The building pays for the class program it chooses, and residents pay for their own personal training.

Building-funded classes

The building pays for a block of group classes as a resident amenity, the way it already pays for landscaping or the concierge. Residents attend free.

A personal trainer coaching a resident one-on-one

Resident-paid services

Personal training is booked and paid for by the individual resident. The building provides the space and pays nothing.

Questions property managers ask

Straight answers to the questions that come up on every call.

Who pays, the building or the residents?

Group classes are typically paid for by the building as a service amenity, and residents attend free. Personal training is booked and paid for by the individual resident, at no cost to the building.

What does the building need to provide?

A space that can host a class, a contact for scheduling and access, and a channel to tell residents the program exists. Marengo handles everything else, including instructors, bookings, payments and waivers.

Which cities does Marengo serve?

Marengo currently serves Montréal, Toronto and Greater Vancouver, and is expanding across Canada. If your building is elsewhere, book a demo anyway, new cities open where demand is.

How are waivers handled?

Marengo collects and manages participant waivers as part of running the program. Your team never chases a signature.

How are instructors chosen?

Marengo recruits and vets every instructor before they teach in a building. Ask on a demo call and we will walk you through the current vetting checklist for your city.
